This notice explains what personal data prolifai.xyz collects and how it is used. It is written for this website only; ProlifAI products and services have their own notices where they apply.
Who we are
PROLIFAI LTD (Company no. 17444371), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: founder@prolifai.xyz.
What we collect
Contact form. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and message you submit. The form is relayed by a third-party form service (FormSubmit) and delivered to our email. We use it to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
Email. If you email us directly, we receive what you send and keep the correspondence so we can answer it.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for the security and availability of the site.
What we do not do
- This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The only third-party requests the pages make are to Google Fonts, to load the site's typefaces; Google receives your IP address for those requests.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
- We do not send marketing email. We only write back to people who contacted us first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and our replies are kept while they remain useful for the relationship they concern, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for its standard security period.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these, email founder@prolifai.xyz. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
